Using Program Check-in is a great way to track attendance for programs such as day camp, childcare, youth soccer, or basketball. Navigate to the Program Check-in page by locating 'Check-in' under the Program tab in the menu.
(Of note: The Digital Sign-in App can also be accessed via the program roster page, and the Session Checkin Signatures report can be viewed under Print Options.)
Checking In by Staff
Once on the page, users can then search for an active program in the search.
Once the program has been selected, staff will see a screen similar to the Space Check-in feature.
Checking the boxes next to participants will allow staff to view unpaid dues, authorized pickups, or add notes.
Clicking on the participant will open the check-in screen where either staff can sign or a parent can sign via member-facing screen. Then click save. The participant is now checked in.
Checking Out
The checkout process is simple as well. If participants aren't checked out manually by staff or parent, the system will automatically check them out at the end of the day.
Users can check the box in order to add check-out notes or click on the participant to bring up the sign out screen. Once checked out, the participant will return to the checked out group and can be checked in again.
Checking in and out by Parent
Core also has a member-facing check-in view that can be used on a computer kiosk or tablet. The same steps to check in will be followed to check out a participant.
Once selected, members must enter the phone number associated with their account. Then they will select the participant's program to check in. If the 'with Signature' option was selected, they will also be required to digitally sign to check in.
