If something is past due, is owed or was invoiced, it will show under the members account as due. Also things that bounce or get returned from the bank show up under the members Dues tab as well. You can always access the tab by clicking on the Current Due from the member's profile page. You can pay any individual item by clicking Pay or you can select multiple items and clicking Pay Selected.
