Unit Information

Family Units or units for short are the primary object in CORE for memberships. Many associations use their unit number for reporting and gauging growth. Reclique Core each unit have a UID number. Also, each member have a MID number. In Core, a unit is not the same as a member and it's important to understand the difference between the 2 because certain actions apply to one vs the other.

What information does a unit have

There is certain information that is particular to a unit and applies to all the members within it.

For example:

  • Membership Type

  • Membership Price and Discounts/Addons

  • Termination/Hold Dates

  • Payment Methods

  • Balance Due/Unscheduled Payments

  • Invoices and Receipts

  • Who is its primary member

  • Home Branch (if your association has multiple branches)

  • Whether or not the unit is active or inactive as a whole

  • Program Registration History

  • Donation History
