  • Edit Membership: Edit the membership by changing the home branch, membership type, draft date, billing cycle, discounts or addons.

    NOTE: Based on the changes you make, there may be a prorated amount due. Core will provide a summary of all changes so that you are able to review before completing the updates.

  • Add Member: You can use this option (or the Add Member to this Unit box) to add additional members to an existing Unit.

  • View Attachments: Add/Remove attachments to the Unit with this action.

  • Generate Membership Bill: Create a bill/dues for an upcoming membership bill ahead of time. This is most commonly used when an Annual membership wants to renew ahead of their termination date but the system has not generated the dues yet to be paid.

  • Manage Gift Card Balance: Add/Sell a new giftcard or look up the balance of existing gift card.

  • Move Credit: Use this option to move an existing Account/System Credit from one Unit to another.

  • Put on HOLD

    • Hold Reason

    • Hold Start Date/End Date

    • Next Bill Date After Hold Ends

    • Termination Date After Hold Ends (if applicable)

    • Hold Description

    • Send Hold Confirmation Email

  • Terminate

    • Termination Reason

    • Termination Date

    • Termination Description

    • Send Termination Email

    • Include Termination Description in Termination Email
