Which countries is iHeartRadio available in?

iHeartRadio is accessible to listeners in several key regions across the globe. Currently, the platform is available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. This allows users in these countries to enjoy the full array of iHeartRadio's services, including live radio, and streaming music.

How can I get access to my artist page on iHeartRadio?

While artists have their own pages on iHeartRadio, there isn't a direct way to access them yet. You can find more information on submitting music, adding or updating artist images and bios, updating metadata, and more by going to iHeart for Artists.

Alternatively, you may reach out to iHeartRadio's support.

My release is on another page. How can I fix it?

If your music release appears on a different artist's page, this is known as an "Artist mapping issue." This can occur when two bands or artists have a similar name. But hey, good news, this is easily solved! 👍

Simply contact our support team with the following details:

  • The UPC(s) of the wrongfully placed release(s)

  • Direct link(s) to the wrongfully placed release(s).

  • Link to the correct artist page (i.e., https://www.iheart.com/artist/doja-cat-30317449/).

  • If you don’t have your own artist page yet, let us know, and we can request a new one for you. Please note that this will require you to provide a list of 30 similar artists to help create the custom radio station for the new page.

Someone else's release is on my page, what should I do?

You can also report this to our support team with the following details, and we’ll reach out to iHeartRadio on your behalf.

Having this information ready will allow our team to assist you as quickly as possible.
