RecoverMyCart manages its own insights with different rules to that of Shopify's abandoned checkout reporting.

Why can’t I see my RecoverMyCart email results on my Shopify abandoned cart checkout page?

RecoverMyCart works independently from Shopify’s abandoned cart email and report. To track the performance of your abandoned cart emails, you can view them in your app admin by:

1. Go the Abandoned Cart Emails button on your app’s navigation menu.

2. Open the Insights tab. Here you will view in-app reporting of the app’s performance (including the total amount recovered).

3. While still under the Insights tab, you may also export the reporting via the export to .csv link on the page.

📝 Note: If you have Shopify's abandoned checkout email enabled, we suggest you disable it as having both programs running at the same time could potentially lead to double abandoned cart campaigns going out.
