How to Cancel for a Refund or Reschedule a Package Pickup

Redo is a software company, not the store you purchased from.

Rescheduling your Package Pickup 


PACKAGE PICKUP RESCHEDULE: ​
You can reschedule or cancel a pickup in the customer portal for free!

The "Customer Portal" is where you originally submitted the return! And can normally be found in the "Returns" section of the website you purchased these items from!

Once you log into the portal with your email and order number, you'll see the status of the return!
​
From here, you will need to click the reschedule button, where you will be directed to select a new pick-up day!
​


If your item is not picked up again, you will need to cancel it for a refund.


Cancel for a Refund - Take it in yourself


Here is how you can cancel this pickup and take your package into a location that accepts your label.

In order to be refunded, be sure to cancel your pickup BEFORE you drop your package off.
​
CANCELING YOUR PICKUP:
In order to cancel your pickup, you will need to have a valid date scheduled. If your pickup day is in the past - just schedule it again, it's free!
​
If you do have a valid day scheduled, you can go into the same menu you scheduled from, and this time - select CANCEL.

Once you drop off your package, you will receive an automatic refund for that pickup! It can take 7-10 days to process.

Getting a Return Label - Merchant Not Approved



If you have not received a label, yet, the "Reschedule pickup" and "Cancel pickup" buttons will not appear, and you will not be able to reschedule or cancel a pickup.

Please reach out directly through the merchant's website's "Contact Us" section in order to obtain a label.

Redo is a software company that hosts the returns' portal this store (merchant) uses.

Your return will need to be approved by the merchant, then you will be automatically sent a label and will be able to download it in your portal.

Please reach out to the merchant through their website's "Contact Us" section in order to have your return approved!
