Adjusting how long your Customers have to return Items

Your return window is determined by two factors.

1.) Return flow
2.) Label Expiration Settings


1.) Return Flow


Navigate to your return flow Settings > Return flow.

One of the earliest steps in your return flow will be a condition called "Time since _______. " You can choose time since: delivery, fulfillment, or order.

Then you will need to select the Maximum number of days that you will allow a customer to submit a return request.


2.) Label Expiration Settings


Navigate to Settings > Automations > Label Expiration

This adjusts how long a customer will be allowed to use a label after receiving it.

It is important to note, "Expiration" means the return will be rejected if the label is used to send the item back. We cannot disable carriers labels.

We can send label expiration and return reminder emails to customers. But, carriers have the final say on disabling labels.
