Concurrent Project Limits and Team Allocation

Understanding how concurrent projects work with your Reel Unlimited subscription and dedicated team structure.

Updated this week

Reel Unlimited's concurrent project capacity operates on a dedicated team allocation model. Each subscription plan provides a specific number of creative professionals who work exclusively on your projects, and this team structure directly determines your concurrent project limits.

Team Structure by Plan

Starter Plan (2 Concurrent Projects)

  • Team: 2 dedicated multimedia designers

  • Capacity: Up to 2 simultaneous projects across graphic design, motion design, animations, and video editing

Standard Plan (3 Concurrent Projects)

  • Team: 3 dedicated designers (1 multimedia, 1 brand, 1 general designer)

  • Capacity: Up to 3 simultaneous projects across media, video, branding, and general design categories

Pro Plan (4 Concurrent Projects)

  • Team: 6 dedicated professionals

    • 2 brand designers

    • 2 multimedia designers

    • 1 web/UI/UX designer

    • 1 web developer

  • Capacity: Up to 4 simultaneous projects with category-specific limits

Pro Plan Project Distribution

The Pro plan's 4 concurrent projects are distributed as follows:

  • Graphic Design: Up to 3 concurrent projects

  • Motion Design & Video: Up to 2 concurrent projects

  • Website Design: 1 project at a time

  • Website Development: 1 project at a time

Queue Management System

When Pro subscribers exceed their concurrent limits (submitting 3-5 website development requests, for example), our system automatically queues additional projects. Queued projects begin immediately upon completion of current work. Given our typical project completion speed, queued work moves through the pipeline efficiently.

Team Flexibility Policy

Subscribers can request team member changes through their dashboard at any time. However, changing assigned creatives does not alter concurrent project quotas, which remain tied to subscription tier. For instance, switching from developer "Luka" to developer "Milan" for different projects maintains the same 1-concurrent-development-project limit.

Rationale for Web Project Limitations

Website design and development projects require significantly more resources and specialized expertise than standard graphic design work. The 1-project-per-category limit ensures quality delivery and sustainable service while accommodating the complex nature of web-based projects.
