What is Account Suspension?

Account suspension temporarily restricts access to your Reel Unlimited dashboard and services. When your account is suspended, you will not be able to submit new projects or access ongoing work until the issue is resolved.

Why Accounts Get Suspended

Account suspensions can occur for several reasons, including:

  • Non-payment: Missed payments or failed billing attempts

  • Account abuse: Violating our terms of service or misusing the platform

  • Team discretionary reasons: Other situations that our team determines require account review

What to Do If Your Account is Suspended

If you see that your account has been suspended, you need to contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue. We cannot automatically restore suspended accounts - direct communication is required.
