I activated my store again and still being charged for the ReelUp app, but I’m not using it. Why is this happening?

If your store was previously subscribed to a paid plan and then deactivated, once you reactivate the store, Shopify resumes all previously active app subscriptions automatically.

Since the ReelUp app was on a paid plan before deactivation, it continues unless the plan is manually downgraded or canceled by the store admin.

If you're no longer using the app, we recommend updating the plan accordingly via these steps

Settings > Billing and Pricing > Change Plan.
