I haven’t upgraded to a paid plan—why am I being charged?

Please note that our system does not automatically upgrade any plan without a human intervention from the store admin.

The upgrade requires proper authentication and confirmation. It's likely that plan was selected and that is why charges can occur.

To review your current subscription details, please navigate to
Application Settings > Billing and Pricing, where you'll find a breakdown of your active plan and billing cycle.
