I was using a paid plan, but suddenly my reels are no longer showing on my site—what could be the issue?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please check the following:

  1. Ensure the widget settings are set to Public, so they are visible on your storefront.

  1. Verify that there are no unpaid invoices for the app.
    Outstanding dues can restrict app functionality.
