What are match highlights?
Match highlights are a breakdown of everything that happened in your soccer event, tagged by hand by a professional analyst who watches the whole recording. Every moment is clipped, so you can jump from one highlight to the next instead of scrubbing through 90 minutes.
What's included?
Every event is tagged across three categories:
Attacking: goals, shots on target, shots off target, headers on target, headers off target, and attacking shots blocked
Set pieces: corner kicks, free kicks, penalty kicks scored, and penalty kicks missed
General: yellow cards and red cards
Each stat shows counts for both teams. Tap a count to watch the clips for that stat.
Two ways to view your highlights
Switch views with the toggle at the top of the Highlights tab:
Summary: both teams side by side, grouped into Attacking, Set pieces, and General.
Timeline: every moment from kickoff to the final whistle, by half, with the minute, the team, and a link to that moment in the video. Jersey numbers show when available.
How to get highlights
Open the event and go to the Highlights tab.
Tap Request highlights and complete the purchase.
An analyst starts as soon as the recording has synced. We'll send you a notification when your highlights are ready. Tap Get notified if notifications are off.
You can request highlights before kickoff. They're reserved, and the analyst starts once the event has been played and the recording syncs.
If someone has already bought highlights for this event, you'll see Unlock highlights instead, and they open right after purchase.
What you'll see while you wait
Waiting for the game: you requested highlights before the event was played.
Waiting for game footage: the event is over, but the recording hasn't synced yet. A camera admin needs to sync it. The event shows Pending sync until then.
Your highlights are being prepared: an analyst is tagging your event now.
How long does it take?
Highlights are ready 2 to 6 hours after the recording syncs, and most come back sooner. You don't need to keep the app open.
How much does it cost?
A one-time purchase per event, $7.99 in the US. The app shows the price in your currency before you buy. There's no subscription.
Who can see my highlights?
Only you. Highlights are tied to your account. Anyone else on the event can unlock them with their own purchase.
Who provides the highlights?
A team of professional match analysts based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The team is led by a former professional footballer and UEFA B licensed coach with 8+ years of match analysis experience. It has analyzed over 10,000 matches and includes analysts trained at Football Radar, a leading sports data company. Your recording is shared securely with the analysis team.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't deliver your highlights, for example because the recording never syncs, email us at support@reeplayer.com and we'll refund you.
For other refund requests, such as an accidental purchase, Apple or Google handle refunds through your App Store or Google Play account. Reeplayer can't issue those refunds directly.
