How Team Highlights works

What the Team Highlights page is, how to open it with a code, when a reel appears, and what watching and saving cost.

Written by Team Reeplayer

Team Highlights is a web page that shows your teams' highlight reels. Every goal tagged in the Reeplayer app becomes a clip, and the clips become one reel. It works on your phone and on a computer.

Team Highlights is a research preview

A research preview is how we test something new. We put it in front of real users early, so we learn from how it is actually used. Expect rough edges, and expect things to change. If enough users use it, it becomes part of the Reeplayer app.

Which games get a reel?

Games captured on or after September 1, 2026. Games before that date stay as they are in the app.

How do I open the page?

The page links itself to your Reeplayer account with a code, so you never type a password there.

  1. Type the phone number, email, or username on your account, then tap Send code.

  2. The code arrives as a notification from the Reeplayer app on your phone.

  3. Type the code on the page.

You stay signed in on that browser, so you will not need a code every time.

Nothing arrived? Open the Reeplayer app once, allow notifications, then tap Send again on the page.

To sign out, tap your photo at the top of the page and choose Sign out. Your Reeplayer app stays signed in.

Which teams do I see?

The teams you follow in the app, and the teams you manage. Follow a team in the app and it shows on the page within a minute.

The games listed for a team are the games on that team's profile in the app. If a game is missing here, check the team's profile there first.

When does a reel appear?

Reels are built every night at 2am Pacific. Tag goals today, watch the reel tomorrow morning. If you change the tags later, the new reel replaces the old one the next night.

What do the game cards mean?

A card with a picture plays the reel. A card with the pitch drawing has no reel, and its line says why. Tap the info icon on the card for the whole story.

  • Goals tagged, reel not built yet. The clips are ready. The reel arrives tomorrow morning.

  • No goals tagged yet. Tap Tag goals in the app, tag them, and the reel comes the next morning.

  • Stats bought. Reel coming. An analyst tagged this game, and the reel is built from those tags.

  • Not recorded. No camera footage exists for this game, so there is nothing to cut.

  • Not played yet. The game is on the schedule. The card shows the kick-off time.

  • No reel: the tags missed the goals. Tap Fix the tags in the app, move them, and the reel builds that night.

  • No reel: the recording is too long to cut. The recording runs longer than a match, so we cannot tell which part is the game.

  • No reel: the tags cover most of the game. The tagged goals span more than half the match, so a reel would be most of the game.

What does it cost?

Watching is free, here and in the Reeplayer app.

Downloading is free in the Reeplayer app, tagged goals included, and that does not change. This page is the exception. Saving a highlight reel or an edited goal clip from this page is free for the first 3, and after that you need Reeplayer Pro, which makes saving unlimited. See Reeplayer Pro: what's included and what it costs.

You subscribe to Pro in the Reeplayer app. If the page does not pick it up at once, tap I bought Pro, check again.

Something does not look right?

Message us in the chat inside the Reeplayer app, or email support@reeplayer.com with the team and the game. We will check it from our side.
