Partner and affiliate program: how tracking and payouts work

What happens after someone clicks your referral link, what the numbers on your dashboard mean, and when you get paid.

Written by Team Reeplayer

If you share Reeplayer with your referral link, here is how we track what happens and when you get paid. The short version: sales credit to your account automatically, attribution can take a few days, and your payout is released three months after the camera is delivered, well past the return period.

How tracking works

Your referral link is unique to you. When someone clicks it and then buys a camera, our affiliate system records the sale and credits your account. Every completed sale through your link earns you a commission (the amounts are below). We run tracking on Dub, the platform behind your partner dashboard.

Attribution is not instant. A sale can take a few days to appear on your dashboard, so a quiet day or two after a purchase is normal.

What you earn

Commissions are flat amounts per camera sale, and they grow as your referral count grows:

  • Your first 4 sales: $100 each

  • Sales 5 to 9: $125 each

  • Sales 10 to 19: $150 each

  • Sales 20 to 49: $175 each

  • Sales 50 and up: $200 each

There is something in it for the person you refer too: anyone who buys through your link gets $30 off their first purchase.

What the numbers on your dashboard mean

  • Referral link: your unique link. Purchases that start from it are credited to you.

  • Click: someone opened your link.

  • Lead: someone who came through your link and signed up or started a purchase.

  • Sale: a completed purchase through your link.

  • Partner credit: the amount recorded to your account for a sale.

  • Payout: the transfer of your credit to you, using the payout method on your account.

Clicks but no leads or sales?

Attribution sometimes fails. If you know someone bought through your link but your dashboard shows clicks with leads and sales stuck at zero, the conversion did not record. That does not mean the credit is lost. Send us the receipt number, the invoice number, and the buyer's email, and we will submit the credit manually.

When payouts happen

Your payout is released three months after the referred camera has been delivered. That puts it well past the return period, so once the three months are up, your credit is settled and ready to go.

Payouts go to whatever payout method you added to your dub.co partner account. You can add or check yours in your dashboard under Account > Payouts. Depending on your view it may say Payout settings.

If there is no payout method on file, your credit waits safely until you add one.

If your dashboard numbers look off, message us in the app chat, or email support@reeplayer.com with the receipt number, the invoice number, and the buyer's email. We will look into it and follow up with you.
