Your phone loves sports. It does not love direct sun.
Streaming on its own isn't the problem. In our indoor tests, phones stayed cool. On a hot day in direct sun, any phone can warm up, streaming or not.
The app is already on it: when your phone heats up, Reeplayer lowers the stream quality a little to keep you live, then turns it back up when things settle.
Help it out
Keep it in the shade. An umbrella or sun shade works wonders.
Lose the case on scorching days, so the phone can breathe.
If your phone shows its own heat warning, give it shade and a few minutes to cool off.
