To ensure your game footage uploads successfully, keep these tips in mind:
Charge While Uploading:
Use the provided charging block and USB-C cable and confirm that the light on the USB-C cable is on, indicating the camera is charging. For a faster charge, can use a more powerful charger, such as your computer's charger.
Stable Internet Connection:
Connect to a reliable WiFi network, ideally in your home or office, to ensure a stable internet connection during the upload.
Upload One Game at a Time:
To avoid overloading the app, upload one game at a time and allow a few seconds for each upload to process before proceeding with the next.
Troubleshooting Upload Issues:
If your upload appears to be stuck:
Restart the camera and mobile app.
Return to the recording, and wait for the upload to resume on its own.
If the upload does not resume, cancel it and then try again.
