If you have been granted access to system- or school-level MEFS reports, EFgo makes it easy to generate and download a PDF summary directly from the platform's landing page. These reports provide aggregated results without any personally identifiable student information, making them suitable for sharing with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership teams, boards, and funders.

Who can access these reports?

Access to district- and school-level reports is permission-based (see more details about roles and permissions here). If you do not see the report option described below, contact your EFgo implementation leader or Reflection Sciences support to confirm your access level.

How to locate and download your report

  1. Log in to EFgo. You will land on the main dashboard.

  2. At the top of the page, locate your organization or school name.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the organization or school name.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select Preview District Report or Preview School Report, depending on your access level.

  5. EFgo will generate a PDF report that you can download and save.

About the summary reports

  • Reports reflect aggregated MEFS results across your organization or school.

  • No personal student information is included, so reports can be shared freely with stakeholders.

  • Reports are ideal for presenting EF data to program leadership, school boards, grant partners, or community stakeholders.
