A cancellation, change or addition to your order will not be processed until you have received confirmation (by email or phone). If you have not received a confirmation, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Any return or shipping costs for a new order will then be at the customer's own expense.
Are you not satisfied with the received order, is a product damaged, defective or have you received the wrong article? Of course we will solve this for you!

Return due to defective, damaged or wrong product.
1: CONDITIONS OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS
If you want to use the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason, without further conditions. The product must, if reasonably possible, be returned with all accessories and in its original condition and packaging. For quick processing of your return, we advise you to register the return via our returns portal. Should you prefer not to do this, that is no problem at all.
You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. Returns are always at your own risk, including any problems with the carrier.

Notes:
There must be no visible user damage, either on the product or on the packaging.
It must not be a custom product, such as products that have been specially printed or edited for the customer.
Return costs for the Netherlands and Belgium start from β¬4,95.
2: RETURN DUE TO DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
Are your items defective, damaged or wrongly delivered? Then we will solve this as soon as possible for you! Report your problem via the contact form and clearly state what the problem is. If possible, add a photo on which the problem is clearly visible.
After your report we will immediately start to assess the request and keep you informed.
RETURNS
If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will credit the full amount, including any shipping costs incurred, to your bank, credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. If you have used Klarna, the amount of the returned items will be deducted from your account. You will receive a credit invoice of this by e-mail. If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you.
