You can use Rehall's Returns Portal to return your order at a reduced rate.
Step 1: Go to our returns portal (click here and log in with your order number (ORD) and zip code.
Step 2: Follow all steps until you receive a return label.
Step 3: Make sure the return is properly packed, the product is in its original packaging and then stick the received return label on the package and deliver it to a (shipping) package service point.
Step 4: Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days at the latest.
We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. This packaging provides protection during transport so that you can return the product to us undamaged.
