How to Enrich Records with Property & Owner Details

The Enrich Records action helps you add missing property and owner details to your records. You can pull in data like beds, baths, square footage, estimated value, owner name, mailing address, and more—without needing to search for it and add manually.

How to Enrich Records

  1. Go to your Records page.

  2. Filter or select the records you want to enrich.

  3. Click Manage → Enrich Data.

  4. Choose one or more of the following options:

    • Enrich Property Information

    • Enrich Owners

    • Swap Owners

  5. Click Enrich to run the action.

What Does Each Enrich Option Do?

Enrich Property Information

Enriching property information adds property details to your records—such as beds, baths, estimated value, square footage, sales price, sales date, and more.

To add just the property details toggle Enrich Property Information on and toggle toggle Enrich Owners and Swap Owners off.

Enrich Owners

The Enrich Owners option fills in missing owner details for properties without owner information—if owner data is available in our system. Use Enrich Owners when you're missing owner names and mailing addresses.

Swap Owners

The Swap Owners option replaces the existing owner information in your record with the owner data from SiftMap if it differs. Use the Swap Owners option if you want to replace the owner information in your account, with the updated owner information in our database. This will also fill in missing owner info.

Important: When Enrich Owners or Swap Owners toggled on, owner information in your account will be overwritten with data from SiftMap. If the mailing address changes, phone numbers may be removed from the record.

Tracking Activities

After you select to enrich, you can track the progress from the Activity -> Action Page.


Each activity and what's added can also be viewed from Activity log within the record.


Troubleshooting

Why did my Enrich action fail?
Sometimes we can’t find a match for the property address. If you don’t see the option to open the property in SiftMap, enrichment isn’t available for that record
