There are a few ways you can add records to Lists:

  • During Upload

  • From the main Records page

  • From an individual Record

  • Though Sequences (automations)

  • Zapier integration

This article focuses on how to manage lists from the Records page. If you’re looking for how to upload records directly to a list, check out the Uploading Data section.

Adding Records to a List

  1. Go to the Records page

  2. Search or filter for the records you want to add to a list

💡 If you're on the Clean tab, you'll only see clean records. To select all records (Clean + Incomplete), click the All tab before selecting.

  3. Select your records

  4. Click ManageAdd to Lists

  5. Choose from your existing lists, or create a new one by typing in a name

You can add to multiple lists at once.

All list actions are tracked in the Activity Log within the record.
You can track the progress of the action from the ActivityAction section in your account.

Removing Records from a List

  1. Search or filter for the records you want to remove from a list

  2. Select the records

  3. Click ManageRemove Lists

  4. Choose the list(s) you want to remove the records from

You can remove multiple lists at once, just like when adding.

Managing Lists from an Individual Record

If you need to and or remove lists from just one property, you can also do this within the property details page.

  1. Open the property record

  2. To add a list, type the list name in the list field and press enter

  3. To remove a list, click the X next to the list name

Looking to Delete a List from your Account? After you remove all records from the list, you can delete it from the Lists page. See Deleting a List from REISift for more information on deleting lists.
