What is Auto-Enrich?
When you upload records, we will automatically enrich the records with additional property and owner information. You no longer need to map bedroom and bathroom count, sq ft, lot size, structure type, etc. This information will be auto-populated for you.
Enriching Owners
If you don't have any owner information, or want to replace the owner information with the owner on our records, you can opt to swap owners and enrich:
When swapping owners, if the new owner has a different mailing address than your previous owner, existing phone numbers may be removed because the system treats it as a new owner and creates a new owner profile.
System-Generated Lists
Our system generated lists will also be added where they apply. For example, if we see that the property has High Equity, it will automatically be added to a High Equity list. You'll see the same system-generated lists added to records from SiftMap, or when enriching from the Records page.
The lists you see depend on your plan:
Professional & Business plans include free system-generated Prospect Lists based on factors like equity, owner occupied, absentee and foreclosure status.
Expert, AI, and SiftMap Pro add-on users receive all free Prospect Lists, plus additional distressor-based lists.
These lists help you:
Prioritize records for campaigns
Identify potential motivation
Quickly segment your data
If a record meets multiple criteria (for example, multiple distressors or prospect lists), it will be added to multiple lists (list stacking).

What if I have other additional fields I need to map and add to my records?
You can create Custom Fields to map to. Create the field under the Settings -> Custom Fields section of your account first, then upload and map your file.
Custom fields is perfect for foreclosure and probate case numbers, Personal Representative name, Auction Date, etc. Please see Custom Fields Overview for more information.
Can I turn system-generated lists off?
No, not at this time. This is designed to help you better organize your records. If you have a similar custom list, you can combine and add all records to our default / system-generated lists. This article shows an example.
I don't want to overwrite my owner info. How can I prevent that?
No problem! The Swap Owners option is toggled off by default. If it's toggled off, we will not overwrite or make any changes to your owner information.
