You can now organize all your sequences with Sequence Folders! Folders and our new sequence search feature makes it super easy to locate sequences for editing and updating.
Need some organization tips? Try organizing by the following categories:
Department - Lead Management, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Transactions
Marketing Type - Sensei Flow, Not Interested Follow up Campaign, Direct Mail
Employee/team member name
All sequences previously created will be located in the default folder. New folders can be created by selecting Create New Folder towards the top right of the Sequences page. You can also add new and existing sequences to folders.

Creating New Folders
To create a folder, click Create New Folder towards the top right of the page.
Next, enter the name of the folder and Save.
Renaming Folders
To rename a folder, select the 3 dots to the right of the folder and Rename.
Next, enter the new folder name and click Edit Folder to save.
Deleting Folders
To delete a folder, select the 3 dots to the right of the folder and Delete.
When deleting you have the option to delete the folder and all sequences, or delete the folder only. Select the checkbox to delete the sequence folder and all sequences inside the folder. If this checkbox is not selected, only the sequence folder will be deleted. Any sequences located in the folder will be moved to the default folder.
When deleting, you will need to confirm by copying and pasting or typing Delete Folder.
Note: This action cannot be undone. Once Sequences or Sequence Folders are deleted, they cannot be recovered. The default folder cannot be deleted.
Moving Sequences to Different Folders
To move sequences to a different folder, open the default or other folder the sequence is located in. Select the 3 dots to the right of the sequence and Move to Folder
Next, select the folder you want to move the sequence to, and click Move to Folder.
Searching Sequences
Searching on the main sequences page will search for sequences located in any folder.
Searching within the sequence folder will show any sequences located in that folder.
