How do I track my Rejuvenated order?

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Rejuvenated order has been shipped!”.

This email contains your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the selected courier. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you’ve downloaded the Shop app and used it to place your order (or your email is linked to a Shop account), you may also be able to track your delivery directly within the app.

My tracking hasn’t updated

Once your order has been marked as dispatched, it can take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the tracking status to In Transit.

After your parcel is in transit, the courier will update the tracking information each time there is a new delivery event.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3–5 working days, or the tracking status shows On Hold, we recommend contacting the courier directly. This may be due to an incomplete delivery address, customs clearance, or import fees that need to be paid.

For orders delivered outside the UK and EU, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Has my order been shipped?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

  1. Click the Account icon on our website.

  2. Sign in using your email address and the 6-digit login code sent to your inbox (or choose Continue with Shop).

  3. Select Orders.

  4. Choose the order you’d like to view.

If your order has been dispatched, you’ll be able to view the shipping status and tracking information from your order details.
