How do I track my Rejuvenated order?
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped titled 'Your Rejuvenated order has been shipped!'. If you can not locate this email please check your junk box.
This email will have the tracking number on that will link directly to the tracking page of the chosen courier.
My tracking hasn't updated?
Once your order status has been changed to shipped it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the tracking status to 'In-Transit'.
Once in transit couriers will update the tracking information every time there is an event.
If your order hasn't been updated after 3-5 working days or if the tracking status is 'On Hold' please check with courier in case of issues such as an incomplete/incorrect address or customs fees that may need to be paid.
For orders outside of the EU and UK please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be delivered.
Has my order been shipped yet?
If you have an account you can check the status of all your orders.
Start by logging into your account.
Navigate to the orders tab.
Locate the relevant order.
You will find the status of the order next to the date of the order. Once the order has been shipped this status will display as 'Done'.
