Cancel/pause a subscription

I want to cancel or pause my subscription.

If you would like to stop your subscription either permanently or for a period you will need to get in touch with our team who will be happy to help please get in touch either through the live chat or on our contact page.

I want to skip a delivery.

If you will be away or find that you have a surplus of product and would like to miss a delivery you can choose to skip the next scheduled order.

  1. Start by logging into your account.

  2. Navigate to the subscriptions tab.

  3. Locate the relevant subscription.

  4. Click 'Manage Subscription' » 'Skip a delivery'
