Change subscription date

How do I change my next subscription date?

If you’re going on holiday, have enough product, or simply want to delay your next order, you can easily change your next subscription date or skip a delivery from your subscription portal.

To skip your next delivery

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you’d like to manage.

  4. Choose Skip Next Order.

Your following scheduled order will be skipped, and your subscription will continue as normal after that.

To change your next order date

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions.

  3. Select the subscription you’d like to manage.

  4. Choose Reschedule or Edit Next Order Date.

  5. Select your preferred next renewal date and save your changes.

Your future subscription schedule will be updated accordingly.
