With a Acknowledgements enabled, you can send thank-you postcards to donors who include contact information in their grant requests.
Once enabled, locate an eligible grant and click Acknowledge in the Action column.
The default option will open Ren Recognize.
Click "Acknowledge" If both email and address are available, the modal will default to Ren Recognize. Switch to Postcard if needed.
Select one of the messages and click Preview to see what it will look like.

Once satisfied, click "Send."
You will arrive on the Sent tab to confirm the postcard was sent successfully. The statuses will update automatically.
