We've made it easier to get your ACH claim approved faster — you can now upload supporting documentation, like a bank statement, directly within your account.
What's New
Upload right from the "Under Review" screen
After you complete your ACH setup, you'll see a prompt to upload your bank statement on the "Under Review" screen. Uploading this document helps speed up the approval process.
Upload anytime from Charity Settings of Dashboard
If your ACH bank connection is pending, you can also upload your bank statement directly from Charity Settings or the Dashboard — just look for the upload option next to "Disconnect."

How to Upload Your Bank Statement
Go to the Under Review screen after completing ACH setup, or navigate to Charity Settings.
Click on upload bank statement.
Select and upload your bank statement.
That's it — our claims team will review it as part of your ACH approval process.
