Enroll in ACH with Ren for Charities!
Charities can now enroll in ACH to receive funds faster, more securely, and with less administrative work.
How to Set Up ACH
Start Enrollment:
Go to the Charity Dashboard and select ‘Unlock’ or navigate to ‘Charity Settings’ and click ‘Link Bank Account’.
Choose Your Connection Method:
Plaid: Our recommended option for securely linking bank accounts. Plaid is a trusted financial technology company used by leading institutions worldwide.
Note: The Plaid setup instructions below will vary depending on how your bank has connected with Plaid. This means there can be additional security measures or steps that are not listed here.
Note: Plaid will notify you of a successful connection when the process is complete. This does not mean that your ACH request was approved. Please review the status on the site or check your email for further instructions.
Manual (Zelle): Enter banking details for a manual review and connection.
After Submission
Your enrollment request will be reviewed for approval. If additional information is needed, you will receive an email from charities@reninc.com. You will get immediate feedback if your connection was approved, rejected, or pending via email. Rejected and Pending will also show in your charity dashboard.
Once approved, all ACH grant payments from our DAF programs will be sent directly to your organization.
