Email Verification Required
All users are now required to verify their email. This process is simple and quick.
New Users
After registering, you will receive two emails:
Welcome Email: Confirms your username.
Verification Email: Contains a link to verify your email.
Click the link in the verification email to complete the process. If you don’t verify immediately, a new verification email will be sent on your second login attempt.
Existing Users
If you haven’t verified your email under the new system, you’ll receive a verification email the second time you log in after the migration. You can also request a verification email by contacting charities@reninc.com.
