Accessing Grant Information
All grant information is available in the grants table, grants export, or downloadable grant letters.
How to Download a Grant Letter
Locate the Grant:
Find the grant you need in the grants table.
Select the Link:
Find the button on the right hand side of the screen.
Click the button to open a modal.
Download the Letter:
If the modal says "Download PDF," click the button to download a copy.
Important Notes
Grants are processed through two different systems. While both types of grants are now visible in the portal, only some grant letters are available for download.
For grants processed through an external system, letters cannot be downloaded from the portal. However, the information from the letter is displayed in the grants table.
If you need a physical copy of the letter, please keep the original letters that arrive with the checks. This status will be indicated in the portal modal.
