What if I Can’t Connect My Account with Plaid or Manual?
Currently, ACH enablement is only available through Plaid and Manual. If your bank does not support these options, you can:
Contact your bank to see if they can connect your account to the Manual network.
Wait for additional ACH connection methods, which will be available in 2025.
If you can't connect via ACH, grants will be sent to your organization by check. Changing the payment method to ACH does not affect whether or not a payment is sent.
