New Functionality: Emails that are elected in the grant recommendation screen will now be surfaced.

Mobile Dashboard Card Spacing
Previous Functionality: The cards did not have even spacing in mobile format so the bottom card was overlapping on ACH enabled charities in mobile view.
New Functionality: All the cards are evenly spaced in all views.
