About Name Changes
The name on check payments will always match the name associated with your EIN as filed with the IRS. You can update the display name on the site or in the public-facing areas of the portal.
How to Change the Name
To update the display name, first go to the Charity Profile page.
Next, select the "Edit Details" button in the Overview section.
Enter the new name, ensuring it closely matches your IRS filing name or 990 DBA name. If it doesn't, please contact our support team to assist with the name change.
Select "Save" to apply the changes.
