The Drivers page (Users menu) gathers your whole delivery team: active drivers, the ones you removed, and pending invitations. This is where you welcome a new driver, review their activity and decide on their access.
One important thing first: you do not create a driver's account on their behalf. You generate an invitation code, the driver downloads the XPRIO Pro app, creates their own account and enters that code to join your company. They pick their own password, there are no credentials for you to hand over.
Inviting a driver
Click Invite a driver at the top of the page. The form comes down to four choices:
Stores: tick the store(s) where this driver will work. At least one is required. If you have no store yet, create it first from the Stores page.
Driver's email (optional): if you fill it in, the code is emailed automatically, together with the app download link and a QR code. You then choose the language of that email.
Note (optional): a reminder for you, for example "Evening driver, weekends only".
Code validity: 7 days or 30 days.
Click Generate invitation code. The code appears in the form DRV-XXXXXX, with a Copy button: share it any way you like, by text message or in person. Ambiguous letters and digits (0, O, 1, I) are deliberately left out to avoid typing mistakes.
On the driver's side
The instructions are shown under the code, and repeated in the email:
Download the XPRIO Pro app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and create a driver account (name, email, phone, password).
Enter the invitation code in the dedicated field at sign-up.
As soon as the account is created, the driver shows up in your Active drivers tab and can receive deliveries. A driver code cannot be used to create a manager account, and the other way round. In the app, the driver manages their own availability (Available, Busy, Offline), photo, vehicle type and documents.
Tracking invitations
The Pending invitations tab lists every code with its stores, note, status (Pending, Accepted, Expired, Cancelled) and expiry date. Two actions are available while an invitation is pending: Resend email (if an email was entered) and Cancel, which makes the code unusable right away. An expired or cancelled code cannot be reactivated: generate a new one.
Your list of drivers
The Active drivers tab shows, for each driver, their contact details, number of deliveries and date of the last one, assigned stores and status. A driver with no store is flagged with a warning badge: they will not receive any delivery until you assign one. Search covers name, email or phone.
Click the eye icon to open their profile, organised in five tabs:
General info: contact details, language, verified email, vehicle type, activity within your company (deliveries completed, total earned, last delivery) and in-app status (current availability, location permission, onboarding tutorial completed or not). This is also where you manage their assigned stores: add one with + Add, remove one with the cross. To move a driver from one store to another, add the new one, then remove the old one.
Schedule: their weekly hours per store, in local time, plus one-off absences and changes. This schedule is for information, it does not prevent a delivery from being assigned.
Documents: the files the driver uploaded from their app (ID, driving licence, residence permit...). You can view them, not edit them.
History: all their deliveries in your stores, filterable by dates and status, with the assignment type (automatic or manual), the amount and, where relevant, the cancellation reason.
Settings: the two access actions described below.
Blocking, removing, restoring
These actions only affect the driver's access to your company: their XPRIO Pro account is never destroyed, and their statistics with you are kept.
Delete removes the driver from your team. They are notified by email, and you will find them in the Inactive drivers tab, from where you can Restore them at any time.
Block goes further: besides removing access, it prevents any new invitation of that person by email or code, until you Unblock them. No email is sent.
In both cases, and likewise when you remove a store from a driver, their ongoing deliveries in the stores concerned are taken away from them immediately and become available again for the rest of the team.
If a driver deletes their own account from the app, they appear with the Account deleted badge: you keep access to their history, but they can no longer be restored.
Good practices
Enter the email when inviting: the driver receives everything they need, and you can resend the email in one click.
Check the "Mobile status" block of the profile when a driver does not receive deliveries: a denied location permission or an availability set to "Offline" are the most common causes.
Prefer Delete over Block for a normal departure: restoring stays possible and the driver is informed.
