Your branding bar is the strip of personal branding that appears on your social posts. It carries your photo, logo, contact details and colors, so every post you share is recognizably yours. With the Branding Bar Creator you can build one in a few minutes, and customize every part of it.
Open the Branding Bar Creator
Log in and select Branding Bars from the left-hand menu (under Tools & Setup).
Open the Branding Bar Creator to start building.
As you work through the steps below, the preview on the right shows your branding bar on a sample post. Use the Preview dropdown to see how it looks on different posts. Use Next and Back to move between steps, and Save at any time to save your progress.
Step 1: Add your photo and logo
On the Branding tab:
Select Select New Photo to upload your portrait. Use the slider under the photo to adjust the zoom until you're happy with the crop.
Select Select New Logo to upload your logo.
If your branding bar has a dark background, turn on Convert to solid white to display your logo in white so it stays visible.
Tip: A logo file with a transparent background (PNG) gives the cleanest result.
Step 2: Choose your colors
On the Colors tab, set three colors. You can type a hex code or pick from the color swatch:
Background is the main color of the bar.
Accent is a secondary highlight color. Note that some bar layouts don't use an accent color, so you may not see it in every design.
Text is the color of your name and details.
Tip: If you have brand guidelines, this is where your official hex codes go. Aim for strong contrast between your text color and background color so your details are easy to read.
Step 3: Add your details
On the Text tab, fill in up to four lines of text. Most agents use:
Line 1: Your name
Line 2: Your title (for example, Real Estate Agent)
Line 3: Your phone number
Line 4: Your office or company name
You can also choose a Line 1 Font Style for your name, with a range of fonts from clean and modern (Montserrat, Lato) through to elegant serif (Playfair Display) and script (Yellow Tail).
Step 4: Pick your layout
On the Layout tab, scroll through the available bar designs and select the one you like. There's a wide range of styles: light and dark, logo-led and photo-led, full-width bands and split designs.
The preview updates as soon as you select a layout, so it's easy to try a few before you commit.
Step 5: Save
Once you're happy with the preview, select Save. Your branding bar will now be applied to your posts.
Optional: Customize the design further
If you want more control than the standard steps offer, select Customize Design (top right of the preview). This opens the full design editor where you can:
Move, resize and re-layer any element on the bar
Add extra text
Upload your own images, or add stock imagery and design elements
Change the background
Showcase your awards and achievements
To add your recognition, select Achievements in the editor's side menu. You can place the badges you've earned and any awards you've won straight onto your branding bar. Badges you haven't earned yet appear locked until you unlock them.
Select Save Template when you're done to keep your custom design.

Frequently asked questions
Where does my branding bar appear?
Your branding bar is added to the social posts you share through your account, so your branding travels with your content automatically.
Can I change my branding bar later?
Yes. Go back to Branding Bars in the left-hand menu at any time to update your photo, colors, text or layout, and save your changes. Your updated branding bar will be applied to future posts.
I set an accent color but I can't see it. Why?
Not every layout uses the accent color. If your chosen layout doesn't show it, it will simply use your background and text colors. Try a different layout if the accent color is important to your brand.
What does "Convert to solid white" do?
It recolors your logo to solid white. This is useful on dark layouts where a dark or colorful logo would be hard to see.
Can I use a different font on every line?
The font style picker applies to Line 1 (usually your name), which is the standout line of the bar. The remaining lines use a standard font so the bar stays clean and readable.
Why does my published post look slightly different to the preview?
The preview is a close guide, but the final rendered post can vary slightly. If something looks meaningfully wrong on a published post, get in touch with our support team.
My layout doesn't look right with my logo. What can I do?
Try turning Convert to solid white on or off, or pick a layout that gives your logo more room. For full control, use Customize Design to position and resize the logo yourself.
Do I need design skills to use Customize Design?
No, but it's aimed at people who want fine-grained control. Most agents get a great result from the standard steps alone.
