To update your profile’s contact details and branding, access your agent, team, or office profile. All changes made in this section will be reflected on the consumer-facing side.
This step-by-step guide applies specifically to updating profiles on RateMyAgent, a platform for showcasing and managing your professional real estate identity.
Click Edit Profile on the left side of your dashboard to make changes.
To change the Agency's Profile Photo, click on the Image Icon, click on Upload from Computer.
To match your branding, update the Logo Background Color and Text Color sections go to Branding Kit. You can choose a color from the box or enter your brand’s Hex Code.

Update your Contact Details from the Contact Details Section and click Save (screenshot below)
Update the Our Markets section to show the areas your office serves by entering a Zip Code, County, or City in the provided field.
In the Social Media section of Edit Profile, add direct links to your team or office social media pages, then click Save. (Note: for YouTube or Vimeo, enter the direct link to a video, not the channel.)
Your profile is now branded!
