Brand Kits: set your logo, colours and fonts once

A Brand Kit keeps your logo, colours and fonts in one place so your brand looks consistent everywhere, across your public profile and your templates.

You'll find your Brand Kits in your dashboard under Settings > Brand Kits.

What you'll see in Brand Kits

The Brand Kits page has two sections:

  • Your Brand Kits shows any kits you've created. Each one has an Edit button, and there's a Create Brand Kit tile for making a new one.

  • Shared with You shows any Network Brand Kit if available (for example, The Great Group Network Brand Kit). This is your network's official branding*, ready for you to use. It has two buttons: Use as Template and View.

*We won't have network branding in all cases, only if this has previously been provided by your network

Creating your Brand Kit from your network's template

Starting from your network's kit is the easiest way to stay on-brand.

  1. Go to Settings > Brand Kits.

  2. Under Shared with You, find your network's Brand Kit and click Use as Template.

  3. Give it a name you'll recognise later (for example, Central Latest). This is how you'll pick it out of your list, so make it clear.

  4. Add your logo. If your brand colour is dark, an inverted (white) logo usually looks best. The recommended size is at least 754 x 140 px (.jpg, .png or .gif, under 10MB).

  5. Cover image (optional): add a photo of your team or office if you'd like. You can skip this.

  6. Your colours are already filled in from the template, and fonts are optional.

  7. Click Save.

Your new kit now appears under Your Brand Kits.

Applying your Brand Kit to your profile

Creating the kit is step one. Next, tell your profile to use it.

  1. Go to Edit Profile.

  2. In the Branding section, open the Brand Kit dropdown and choose your kit (for example, Central Latest).

  3. Your logo, cover image and profile colours update to match.

Tip: If your branding doesn't look like you expected, check this dropdown. Your profile may still be set to your network's default kit rather than the one you just made.

Syncing your branding to your agents

To roll your branding out to everyone on your team:

  1. On the same page, find Sync branding to agent profiles.

  2. Click Sync Branding.

Your logo and brand colours are applied to all the agents under your office. You'll see a Success! confirmation.

Brand Kits for agents

Agents have access to Brand Kits too. An agent can open Settings > Brand Kits and, just like an office, will see the kits shared with them under Shared with You, which can include both the network kit and their office's kit.

From there an agent can click Use as Template on either one and build their own Brand Kit in exactly the same way: give it a name, add their logo, adjust the cover image and fonts if they want, and save. Their colours carry across from whichever template they chose. This lets an agent keep a personal Brand Kit while staying aligned with their office and network branding.

Seeing it live

To check how it looks, click View Profile and open your Sales (or Rentals ANZ only) profile. Your public RateMyAgent profile now shows your branding, for example your brand colour across the header with your logo.

Frequently asked questions

  • What is a Brand Kit? It's where your logo, colours and fonts live. Set them once and they appear automatically across your public profile and templates.

  • Where does the "Shared with You" kit come from? If your office is part of a network, your network creates a Brand Kit for the whole group (via the internal Renowned team) and shares it to every office, so you can start from it rather than building your own from scratch.

  • Do I have to use my network's kit? No. You can create your own from scratch with Create Brand Kit however, using your network's kit as a template is just the quickest way to stay consistent with the rest of the group.

  • Can agents create their own Brand Kits? Yes. Agents can go to Settings > Brand Kits and use the network kit or their office kit as a template to create their own, following the same steps.

  • Why didn't my branding update on my profile? Make sure the right kit is selected in the Brand Kit dropdown under Edit Profile > Branding. Your profile applies whichever kit is chosen there.

  • Will my agents get the branding too? Yes, once you click Sync Branding under Sync branding to agent profiles. That applies your logo and colours to all agents under your office.
