RateMyAgent already has ‘default’ profiles for hundreds of thousands of agencies, just waiting to be activated. Simply search for your office and claim the profile for free! Managing your office profile effectively in RateMyAgent can include actions such as unclaiming existing profiles and troubleshooting accessibility issues.

Step 1: Head to RateMyAgent and type your office in the search bar.

Step 2: Select your office from the suggestions to view your profile. It's now time to claim!

Step 3: Click "Claim Profile"

Before starting, ensure you are logged out of all accounts. This will prevent any account linking errors during the claiming process. Ensure that you use your office email address when claiming the profile.

Step 4: Fill in the fields with both yours and your Director or Principal's details. Click Request Access

Claiming ensures your profile is adequately linked to your account for better management and accessibility.

Disable any pop-up blockers in your browser to allow the necessary functionalities required during the claiming or transferring process.

  1. Our Support team will verify your request and send a confirmation email. Open the email and click on 'Activate Admin Account'.

  2. Next, create a username and password, check the terms and conditions box, and click on 'Accept Invitation' to finalize the claiming process.
