What is required to leave a review

Is a login required in order to leave a review?

No. You do not need to create an account or log in to leave a review. The review process is designed to be quick and accessible, with no barriers to entry.

Submitting a Review Without a Login

Clients can submit their feedback immediately without creating a login. This ensures a smooth experience and encourages more clients to share their thoughts.

Optional Account Creation

Once a review has been submitted, the client will receive an email invitation to create an account. This is entirely optional. If they choose to register, they will have access to the following features:

  • Edit: Make changes to a previously submitted review.

  • Delete: Remove a review at any time.

  • View: Access and manage all submitted reviews in one place.

These features are provided for convenience only and are not required for leaving a review.

Anonymous Reviews

Clients can choose to remain anonymous when leaving a review.

How to leave an anonymous review

On the review form, tick Yes when asked if you'd like to remain anonymous. Your display name won't appear on the agent's public profile.

Please note: anonymity applies to the public profile only. The agent you reviewed can still see who left the review in their dashboard.

Already submitted your review?

Go back to the email you received for the review and use it to edit your review, then tick Yes to remain anonymous.

If the agent has already replied to your review, it's locked and can no longer be edited. Contact our Customer Support team and we can help.

Summary

  • No login is required to leave a review.

  • Optional account creation allows clients to manage their reviews.

  • Anonymous submissions are supported. Your name is hidden on the public profile, but the agent you reviewed can still see it.

This approach ensures that leaving a review is straightforward, user-friendly, and respectful of client preferences.
