After we speak with your data feed provider or flip a switch on our end, we will automate review requests for you.
Stay in control with the delay option! While automation to get more reviews is great, the relationship you have with your clients can be a complicated one. It can be important to maintain a level of flexibility in case you decide that now is not the right time to request a review from this client. That is why you can add 24 and 48 hour delays. You'll be notified that a request is going out to your client, giving you time to either edit or cancel the request before it is sent. You can also archive property listings if you prefer to stop review requests for certain properties. This gives you greater control without affecting your rankings or badges.
We will not use your client data for purposes other than to send out your review requests.

This page shows if Easy Reviews is active or inactive. You can set timing to immediate or delayed; delayed sends an email allowing you to edit or cancel the request. You can enable review requests for supporting agents and choose a template to send a personalized message to the vendor.
Note: Easy Reviews can be activated on the office profile. If agents needs to activate their own settings, they will have to speak to their office admins.

Log in to the profile, go to "Settings", select "Automate Reviews" and toggle off the Automate Reviews feature.
If your office is managing your Easy Reviews, you will need to speak with an admin to adjust your setting. Below is an example of an agent's Easy Review setting being managed by an office.

Automated Reviews Not Sent
Verify that both buyer and vendor details are attached to the listing.
Ensure your CRM or data feed provider is correctly configured to push all necessary data to RateMyAgent.
If vendor details are not received by RateMyAgent, contact your CRM provider to re-push the data.
Check if the "RateMyAgent" option is selected during the sales processing in your CRM (e.g., VaultRE).
2. Review Requests Delayed or Missing
Double-check the settings in the RateMyAgent system to ensure that automated reviews are active.
Consult your CRM support team to ensure all details are being sent correctly.3. Vendor Details Missing or Incorrect in Review Requests
Ensure that vendor details are entered correctly in VaultRE or your CRM.
If discrepancies are found, request your CRM provider to re-push the data with updated vendor details to RateMyAgent.
If reviews are not linking to the correct agency or agent profile, ensure the CRM data matches the active agency or agent profile.
If listings are linked to an incorrect agency, re-push the data from your CRM to RateMyAgent with updated information.
