Awards Leaderboard Breakdown

Leaderboard Breakdown (Australia & New Zealand)

Updated over a month ago

Our Awards Leaderboard is a new edition RateMyAgent!

It comprises the key components used to calculate the winner of the Agent of the Year Awards and is currently only available for Agents, specifically in the suburb category.

In order to qualify for a suburb or to appear on the leaderboard, you must have sold at least 5 properties with at least one verified vendor review attached to each.

Furthermore, the three metrics we use to calculate the awards, and that are shown in the leaderboard are:

Sold Properties - Total Sold Properties in the current calendar year, as lead agent, in each suburb.

Average Sale Price - Average Sale Price of all properties sold in the current calendar year, as lead agent, in each suburb.

Review/Sales Ratio - This is the number of vendor reviews received in proportion to the properties you are attached to in 2025. This means all sales as Lead, Sales or Supporting agent for the 2025 calendar year across all locations. We do not have suburb level RSR's, only one score across all locations.

While our algorithm used to calculate the final result is proprietary, we can tell you that the RSR is weighted the highest, followed by Total Sales and then Average Sale Price.

At a Suburb level for agents, the Total Sales are weighted slightly higher.

We use price sentiment data from your clients to help us calculate your final result. These awards are focused on rewarding the right agents for excellence in customer service and this means managing expectations on the price you can obtain for your vendors.
