In-Flight Card Payment Error

Android 10 users may encounter the following error message when attempting to pay their application fee:

"You have an in-flight confirmCardPayment!"


Solution Steps:

If you encounter this error, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Refresh the Screen:

    • Refresh the page

    • Attempt the payment process once more.

  2. Try on a Different Device:

    • If refreshing the screen does not resolve the issue, try completing the payment on a different device that is not using Android 10.

    • For instance, use a phone or tablet with a different version of Android or an entirely different operating system such as iOS.

  • Ensure that you have a stable internet connection before retrying the payment process.
