📆 Open the Calendar
From Rentals, open the Calendar tab. Switch between day, 3–4 day, week and month views.🖱️ Click the empty days
Click empty space on the calendar and choose Block dates. Pick the trailer and the range.🌐 It comes off the website immediately
Blocked days cannot be booked by a customer. Nothing to republish.✅ Remove the block the same way
Click the block on the calendar to lift it when the trailer is available again.
💡 Pro Tip
Taking a trailer off the road for good? Do not block it forever — open Trailers and switch Bookable on the catalog off instead. It disappears from the website and keeps its rental history.

Clicking empty calendar space also lets you start a rental there, which is often quicker than going back to the Rentals tab.
