➕ Add it
Open the Trailers tab and press + Add a trailer. Give it a name. It appears at the end of your fleet switched off, so nobody can book it while you fill it in.📋 Fill in the details
Category, daily rate, capacity and hitch. Then a tagline, Features (the tick-list on your catalog tile — the first five show) and Specs (the hard numbers, which help search engines find the listing).📸 Add photos
Tap Upload from this device and pick several at once. You get a framing box for each — what you see there is exactly what the customer sees. The first photo is the hero on your catalog tile, so make it your best exterior shot. Reorder with the arrows.📍 Pick-up address
Every trailer needs its own, even if your whole fleet sits in one yard. It is how the renter is told where to collect, and nothing will remind you if it is missing.✅ Make it bookable
Turn on Bookable on the catalog. It is live on your website the moment you save.
💡 Pro Tip
Uploading is not saving. Photos appear on the tile immediately but are not on the trailer until you hit Save. Upload and navigate away and they are gone.
💡 Pro Tip
There is no bulk save. Work one trailer at a time — open it, fill it in, save, watch it confirm, then open the next.
💡 Pro Tip
Get the name right first time. On smart locks the trailer's name must match its lock's Custom Value character for character, capitals and spacing included, or no code is generated for that rental.
