✅ Yes. Nothing extra to do.
A booking you take yourself is treated exactly like one a customer makes on your website. Once it is paid, the agreement goes out on its own.
This catches people out because you did the booking by hand, so it feels like the follow-up should be by hand too. It is not.
🕐 When it goes
It fires when the booking is paid, not when it is created. So:
💳 Charge card or Mark paid · cash
Paid immediately, so the agreement goes straight away.🧾 Reserve · invoice (pay later)
The dates are held but nothing has been paid, so nothing sends yet. It goes out when you tap Mark paid — or when they pay the link you sent them.
🔎 Checking it actually arrived
Open the rental on the Rentals tab. The Agreement badge turns green the moment they sign it. If it is still grey an hour later, they have had it and have not signed.
💡 Pro Tip
The Forms button on the rental opens that customer's own forms page, already filled in. Use it to walk someone through signing while you have them on the phone, rather than resending anything.
💡 Pro Tip
If a rental sits unpaid, RentFlow chases it for you — a reminder an hour after booking, and another an hour before pickup if it is still outstanding. You do not need to chase it yourself.
