Both sit on the rental itself, on the Rentals tab of the console. Open the rental and look at the buttons along the bottom of the tile.
🪪 View licence
Appears once a licence has been stored for that rental. Opens the photo they uploaded.📄 View insurance
Appears once an insurance card has been uploaded. Same idea, separate document.
They are separate buttons on purpose — one arriving does not mean the other did. If a button is missing, that document was never uploaded for this rental.
🔒 Only your team can open these. They are not public links, and they are not on the customer's receipt.
🗓️ They do not stay forever
Both are removed automatically 30 days after the trailer comes back. The button disappears with the file. If you need a copy for a claim or a dispute, save it before then.
🤖 About the AI document check
On the licence you may also see an AI document check panel reading what it found — name, expiry, age at pickup. It is advisory. It never blocks a rental and never approves one; it points you at the ones worth a second look. Open the licence and use your own eyes on anything flagged.
💡 Pro Tip
Insurance is not read by anything. The card is passed straight through for you to open, which is why it shows as submitted rather than checked. Read it yourself if the cover matters to you.

If the tile says No document check, no licence was ever read for that rental. Check it by hand at pickup.
