Free up time by automating the weekly leasing updates to your clients. This the guide will show you how to customize timing, messaging, and format of the reports.
Set the schedule and customize the message template
Configure the schedule for your automatic owner reports:
Navigate to Settings > Company
Scroll down to the "Owner Report Timing" section
Set the look-back period for each report and what day/time you'd like it to be sent
Click the pencil icon to edit the email that will be sent to your client
Press Save at the top of the page
Decide which properties will get sent
You can control which owners get automatic reports at the property-level
Navigate to the Properties tab
Click Take Action > Edit Property
In the first page of the property editing flow, scroll down to "Property Owner"
Select the owner(s) from the list or add a new owner to the directory
Choose if you'd like this property to send automatic owner reports based on the settings above, and if you'd like those reports to include the showing feedback
Press "Next" to save your changes
Note: The AI Agent Comments will not be included on automatically sent reports
See the reports get sent
Head to Settings > Notifications > Email Log and Search by "Leasing Report". Here you'll find a full record of every leasing report since including the PDF.
Note: The emails to owners will be sent from reporting@rentengine.io, but replies from the client will go to the email address in Settings > Company.
